What could be better than sailing on the canals and drinking beer? Nothing so! With our beer tasting Amsterdam package you combine sailing and drinking in a pleasant way. Unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks on board, and before or after a tour of the Amsterdam Brewery de Prael.
Beer tasting with tour at Brewery “de Prael”
Have a nice beer, a cruise and view the historic city center of Amsterdam. An ideal combination! Together with Brewery “de Prael”, Rederij de Nederlanden has put together a boat trip with a tour. Before or after the cruise on the Amsterdam canals, we moor at Brewery “de Prael” on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal for a tour with a delicious tasting beer.
Guided tour times
The tours at Brouwerij de Prael are from Monday to Friday between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. On Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on Sundays from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. There are no guided tours in the evening.
Facilities on board
The cocktail boat from Rederij de Nederlanden is equipped with all possible conveniences. With good weather we of course sail with a fully open cap. If the weather unexpectedly gets a bit less then we can (partially) close the hood. For example, we turn on the heating for the late hours. Of course we have a toilet on board. There is also a music system with telephone connection so that you can play your own music if you wish.

Amsterdam is a beautiful city with so much to see. With the beer tasting boat you will sail over the most beautiful parts of the Amsterdam canals. Our staff will see to it that you do not lack anything on our cocktail boat! Before or after the cruise your company will visit the historic brewery in the heart of Amsterdam for a tour.

Book a boat with a guide
A boat trip in the Amsterdam Canals is an experience and there is no need for a guide on board to enjoy the tranquility of the water, the architecture along the shores and the highlights on the canals. But maybe you and your party have sailed more often in the center and you want to offer your guests some extras this time.
In that case you can make your boat trip even more special by hiring a professional guide who tells everything about the history of the city, the architecture and interesting facts about its UNESCO heritage.
