Italian culinary enjoyment

The all inclusive package “Italian Buffet Cruise” includes a 2.5-hour cruise through Amsterdam on an comfortable boat, reception with a glass of prosecco, luxury appetizers, freshly roasted nuts, an extensive buffet full of Italian delicacies and unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

The Italian Buffet Cruise is one of our most popular packages. The extensive buffet is provided by the specialist in luxury catering on the water, Van Barneveld Culinair.

This package can be booked from as little as €89.50 p.p. for groups of 25 or more. Groups of 15 to 25 people pay € 94.50 p.p.

 

Reception with Prosecco and appetizers

You will be welcomed with a sparkling glass of prosecco and luxury appetizers (2 p.p.)
. Thetables serve platters of freshly roasted luxury nuts.

Luxury appetizers (2 p.p.)

  • Carpaccio, truffle mayonnaise, pine nuts and fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Melon pearl with serrano ham
  • Buffalo mozzarella, asparagus, sun-dried tomato
  • Crostini smoked salmon, lime mayonnaise

  • Italian salad with arugula, red and yellow cherry tomato, red onion, pine nuts and buffalo mozzarella

  • Focaccia parma ham and cantaloupe
  • Various types of bread with dipping

Hot dishes:

  • Penne rigate with tomato, leeks, basil and fresh Parmesan cheese
