History of the Najade
The Najade is a slender saloon boat that was built in 1907 in Groningen by order of Mr. H.E Oving. After years of private ownership, the boat was sold to the “Wilhelmine Victoria” coal association. After thorough restoration, the Najade has been sailing in and around Amsterdam since 1999. It has a maximum capacity of 18 people and a maximum dinner capacity of 10 people.
Interior
The benches of the Najade are upholstered with royal blue velvet. The boat has a warm teak paneling. On board you will find a well-stocked bar. A music system with the possibility to connect your own telephone is present. Of course a toilet is not missing. You will find a traditional smoking area at the rear; the so-called cigar room.
