Dinner Cruise Amsterdam
At Rederij de Nederlanden, you can enjoy a variety of dinner cruises, from casual drinks & nibbles to a buffet or a chic a-la-carte dinner. Below is a selection of our standard dining options. However, anything is possible, so feel free to ask if this selection doesn’t cover what you have in mind.

Running Diners
A running dinner cruise means we will make stops at a number of restaurants along the way. You either disembark and enjoy one course at the restaurant or the freshly prepared dish is brought on board and served to you on your private canal boat.

We dock our boat at a number of restaurants for you to enjoy a different course in each establishment.
Master chefs and exquisite food
While your private boat glides through Amsterdam’s canals and you enjoy the romantic evening lights, one of our master chefs will prepare a special 3 or 4-course dinner for your group. Comfortably seated on board one of our classic canal boats, you’ll be treated to the finest food along with amazing views of our historic canals. That’s our standard Dinner Cruise Amsterdam experience. For an even more exclusive experience, we have joined forces with Maison van den Boer and created the Exquise cruise.
Fresh ingredients
Our chefs use only the freshest ingredients and seasonal produce for the dishes they have selected for our guests. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know. We will gladly make the necessary menu adjustments to meet any dietary needs.
While the 3 or 4-course on-board dining experiences are available for groups of 10 or more, you only need a minimum of 4 people to dine from the fixed-price menu ‘Van de Kaart’.
Our wine list
Unless you request specific wines from our wine list in advance, we only bring our standard house wines on board the boat. Please refer to our wine list and select the wines you and your guests may like to drink while cruising with us so we can bring them along on your boat trip.
