The Najade (max 15) and the Wan-Hoop (max 12) are ideal for small groups of up to 15 people, perfect for intimate gatherings or private cruises. Please note: For seated dinners, please keep in mind that the number of seats is less than the maximum capacity on the boat.
Which boats are suitable for groups between 15 and 55 people?
The Jacob van Lennep (max. 35), Proost van Sint Jan (max. 40), and Hildebrand (max. 55) are perfect for groups of 25 to 50 people, with space for catering and entertainment on board. Please note: For seated dinners, please keep in mind that the number of seats is less than the maximum capacity on the boat.
Which boats are suitable for groups of 60 to 70 people?
The Bredero (max. 60), Multatuli (max. 60), and Peter de Grote (max. 90) offer space for larger groups of 60 to 70 people, suitable for company outings or large parties. Please note: For seated dinners, it’s important to keep in mind that the number of seats is less than the maximum capacity on the boat.

Are the boats covered for bad weather?
Only our open boat, the Wan-Hoop, is not covered. All our other boats and ships are covered.

Yes, all Rederij de Nederlanden boats come with an experienced skipper who navigates the route and ensures a safe journey.

At Rederij de Nederlanden, we offer various catering options. If you’d like to bring your own catering, please feel free to contact us.
Which boat is suitable for a wedding party?
For a large wedding party with over 100 guests, we have the perfect option: Het Wapen van Amsterdam. With space for up to 175 people, this is the perfect choice. Please note: For seated dinners, it’s important to keep in mind that the number of seats will be less than the maximum capacity on the boat. All other boats are, of course, also suitable and approved for weddings.
