Satay buffet

The satay buffet is a All-Inclusive Buffet Cruise Amsterdamthat consists of the most delicious marinated satay of tender chicken thigh with authentic satay sauce. You also get fried potatoes, salad, prawn crackers, atjar and French bread. Our serving staff will fill your glasses while you enjoy the delicious buffet. This package includes unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.

Relaxed evening with friends

Get completely pampered on our Satay Boat. This package can be booked from €74,50 p.p. for groups of 25 or more. Groups of 15 to 25 people pay €84,50 p.p. Daarbij heb je diverse mogelijkheden. You can provide the entertainment yourself, or you can outsource it to us. Anything is possible at Rederij de Nederlanden. Want to do a wine tasting in addition to the Satay Boat? Then do so with a beer, wine, champagne or cocktail tasting. Or do you prefer to keep it simple with music of your own choice, while enjoying a delicious satay? We will arrange your afternoon or evening completely to your liking.

We were looking to do a cruise anyway, but I had to use the bathroom first, which I expressed to the Captain. He said, "We've got a toilet onboard - cleanest of all the boats in Amsterdam." SOLD. And, for the love of all the pancakes and herring in the city, he was right. Not only this, but this was a seriously pretty boat - with long blue velour upholstered benches and sewing-style tables at various intervals. This made it more homey and more open than the other boats out there - as far as we could tell. We had a serenely comfortable, intimate cruise. The Captain was funny yet professional, and the attendant, Jule, was so sweet and helpful - curious too about the backgrounds of her guests. As we are American, she shared her experiences when she visited the US. Jule thinks she needs work on her English, but she's better than most native speakers - with the finesse of a diplomat - right Arizona (she'll get the reference).
