PRIVATE DINING CRUISE
1. What Does Private Dining in Amsterdam Cost?
The cost of private dining depends on the vessel, the number of guests, the duration of the event, and the dining concept you choose. As a guideline, prices start from approximately €120 per person for a group of around 15 guests.
For larger groups, the price per person often decreases as the vessel costs are shared among more guests. All prices are excluding VAT. Any quotation will clearly specify the applicable VAT rates.
2. How Many Guests Can Be Accommodated On Board?
Thanks to our diverse fleet, we can host private dining events for both small and large groups.
- Intimate dinners from 4 guests
- Historic saloon boats for 12 to 28 guests
- Medium-sized vessels for 25 to 36 guests
- Large events for 100+ guests
For larger groups, multiple vessels can be combined to accommodate your event.
3. Can We Board Near Our Office?
Yes. With more than 150 boarding and drop-off locations throughout Amsterdam and the surrounding area, there is almost always a suitable location close to your office, hotel, restaurant, or event venue.
We can also finish your cruise at a different location from where you boarded. Please note that repositioning fees may apply for locations outside our standard cruising area.

4. Can You Cater for Dietary Requirements?
Absolutely. We can accommodate virtually all dietary requirements and allergies, including:
- Vegetarian
- Vegan
- Halal
- Gluten-free
- Lactose-free
- Nut allergies and other food allergies
We kindly ask that all dietary requirements be communicated at least one week prior to the event so our catering partners can prepare suitable alternatives.
5. Can Multiple Vessels Be Combined?
Yes. For larger groups, multiple vessels can be deployed.
For events of approximately 36 guests or more, two or more vessels can cruise together. This allows larger groups to enjoy a private dining experience while maintaining an intimate atmosphere.
Depending on the event programme, guests may even move between vessels during the event, creating additional networking opportunities and interaction.
6. Is an Open Bar Available?
Yes. We offer several beverage packages.
- Beer, wine, and soft drinks from €27.50 per person (2 hours)
- International open bar including spirits and mixed drinks from €35.00 per person (2 hours)
Many groups choose a consumption-based bar for private dining events. In this case, only the drinks actually consumed are charged after the event.
It is also possible to provide drink tokens or allow guests to pay individually on board.
