Therefore, we are proud to present our a la carte menu De Nederlanden, a sophisticated and versatile culinary option aboard our ships. You can choose from the 3-course menus “De Nederlanden” and “De Nederlanden Premium.” Scroll down for the dishes. We would like to hear your choice of menu, dietary requirements and final number of guests 5 working days before the cruise.

Appetizer 3 items per person.
We place mini sandwiches ( 2 p.p.) with various dips on the table
- Tartare of salmon, spicy mango, soy and wasabi mayonnaise
- Carpaccio bonbon with arugula, pesto, pine nuts and fresh Parmesan cheese
- Salad of 2 colors of chioggia beet, aceto balsamic and burrata
Main course
- Fried cod with tomato risotto, rainbow carrot and thyme
- Sliced chuck tender with baby potato and purple cauliflower
- Ravioli with mushrooms and a sauce of baby spinach leafs
Dessert
Three items per person
- Forest fruit bavarois with fresh fruit
- Coffee mousse with hazelnuts
- Tiramisu of white chocolate and strawberries

- Pan-seared salmon with five spices, herb salad, sweet-and-sour cucumber, citrus mayonnaise and a rice crisp
OR - Thinly sliced smoked duck breast with chicory, orange, green apple, croutons and basil
OR - Brioche toast with sautéed mushrooms, blue cheese, truffle mayonnaise and roasted red onion
Main course
- Pan-seared sea bream with potatoes, seasonal vegetable bouquet and beurre blanc
OR - Crispy braised beef cheek with pommes, red wine shallot jus and vegetables
OR - Pumpkin Hasselback with root vegetables, miso, nori, La Ratte potatoes, spinach, pointed purple cabbage and chimichurri
Dessert
- Citrus with vanilla, passion fruit crèmeux and pistachio

Do you have special dietary requirements or do we need to consider allergies? For us, this is not a problem at all. If you indicate your requirements in advance, our caterers will provide a custom buffet on board or some special dishes prepared separately. This way, someone with an allergy can still fully enjoy a delicious meal.
