The Amsterdam Sandwich Boat is the ideal choice for an authentic lunch on the canals of Amsterdam with friends, family, business associates or colleagues. Experience Amsterdam’s canals on one of our authentic ships while enjoying the tastiest sandwiches available in the city. This package can be booked from € 47.50 p.p. for groups of 25 or more. Groups of 15 to 25 people pay €52.50 p.p.

The Amsterdam Sandwich Boat serves oven-fresh sandwiches (3 sandwiches per person) with artisanal meats, delectable cheeses and mouth-watering fresh salads. Of course, milk, coffee, tea and fresh orange juice will also be waiting for you.

Walking around Amsterdam Centraal, the Captain saw us and said "Hey, care to join us for a canal cruise?" We were looking to do a cruise anyway, but I had to use the bathroom first, which I expressed to the Captain. He said, "We've got a toilet onboard - cleanest of all the boats in Amsterdam." SOLD. And, for the love of all the pancakes and herring in the city, he was right. Not only this, but this was a seriously pretty boat - with long blue velour upholstered benches and sewing-style tables at various intervals. This made it more homey and more open than the other boats out there - as far as we could tell. We had a serenely comfortable, intimate cruise. The Captain was funny yet professional, and the attendant, Jule, was so sweet and helpful - curious too about the backgrounds of her guests. As we are American, she shared her experiences when she visited the US. Jule thinks she needs work on her English, but she's better than most native speakers - with the finesse of a diplomat - right Arizona (she'll get the reference). Try out these guys - it's the total experience.
