Gourmet dining aboard classic ships

On board, enjoy tender spare ribs with delicious sauce, mixed salad, crispy baked potatoes and French bread with herb butter, tapenade and aioli. Everything is included, including drinks from the Dutch bar. A great start to a night out with friends or colleagues.

This package can be booked from € 59.50 p.p. for groups of 25 or more. Groups of 15 to 25 people pay €67.50 p.p.

Buffet consists of:


  • Spareribs –
    one rack per person
  • Baked potatoes

  • Ceasar’s salad –
    romaine lettuce with homemade croutons, egg and Parmesan flakes
  • Matching sauces
  • Baguette

Our boats can accommodate a variety of group sizes, at all times offering flexibility to provide all on-board entertainment. Of course, we can also provide entertainment for you, in the form of a music system. You can also, during this Sparerib Barge, give your own presentation or host a pub quiz for the attending group. In addition, you can choose to do a beer or wine tasting. This is how you introduce your staff or friends to different alcoholic refreshments from around the world.
